Erica Shapazian

Erica brings more than 30 years of experience in the retirement plan industry to her role as Operations Manager. Throughout her career as a Retirement Plan Consultant, she has developed a deep understanding of the industry while building lasting relationships.

Driven by a passion for client success, Erica believes excellent service begins with a true understanding of client goals, paired with reliable, clear communication.

Outside of the office, Erica enjoys spending time with her family, which includes her husband, four children, and two dogs. When she isn’t working, she can often be found going to concerts, at the beach or watching sports.
