Ashley Hoy

With over a decade of experience guiding individuals and families through complex financial landscapes, Ashley Hoy brings seasoned experience and a personalized approach to wealth management. Since beginning her career in 2010, Ashley spent 13 years as an Associate Financial Advisor with Eagle Strategies, a wholly-owned subsidiary of New York Life Insurance, where she honed her skills in investment strategy, retirement planning, and risk management. In November 2023, she joined Bickling Financial Services, continuing her commitment to helping clients achieve clarity and confidence in their financial futures.

Ashley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Keene State College and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Southern New Hampshire University. She maintains securities registrations (Series 6, 7, 63, 65, and 66) along with her insurance producer license, enabling her to deliver comprehensive, integrated solutions across investments, retirement, estate, and risk management planning.

Dedicated to building strong professional networks, Ashley is an active member of the Acton chapter of Business Network International (BNI Acton) and the Acton-Concord chapter of the Women’s Business League.

Based in Westford, Ashley enjoys an active lifestyle with her partner, John. Outside of the office, she can often be found hiking scenic trails, attending live concerts, or on the golf course — continuing to refine her game.
